Join us on Saturday 11th June for a talk by Radhi Parekh of Artisans Mumbai, which looks at Barnstaple-born Ethel Mairet’s influence on the continuing craft traditions of the Indian subcontinent.
Radhi Parekh is the founder and director of Artisans Mumbai, whose activities include sourcing contemporary textiles from traditional Indian weaving communities.
The talk will be delivered to the museum learning room by zoom.
Free admission, but donations welcome.
