As part of the Resurgence 60th Anniversary Exhibition at the Museum of Barnstaple and North Devon, Linda Moran offers a practical herbal workshop. You will learn how to identify a few common wild plants and make recipes from these safely under the guidance of the herbalist.

Discover how to create a variety of seasonal herbal remedies from the hedgerow. You will be making several remedies to take away at the end of the session and there will be lots of tasters to try. Linda will share top tips for foraging safely.

Herbalist and specialist teacher of the craft Linda Moran has practised as a medical herbalist for over 20 years and is a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (MNIMH).

Additional information

This workshop is suitable for both adults and children aged 7 upwards.

You may like to bring an apron or come prepared to get messy!
